Free College Campaign: November 2024 The North Star Promise Scholarship is an ongoing opportunity which has already impacted over 16,000 Minnesota residents who are enrolled at public colleges this fall. Election Day Voting Information Election Day is Tuesday, November 5 Polls are open 7AM - 8PM  Election Day is Tuesday, November 5 Voting on Election Day will take place at your regular polling place.
