The Afterschool Quality Network (AQN) is a group of staff who run afterschool programming for youth in Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park, and work together to make sure their programs are high quality and positive experiences for youth. This means using everything from logic models to outside assessments in order to test and improve the quality of programs.
The AQN is currently working to bring Ignite Afterschool’s Making Meaning of Much Data (M3)
process of continuous quality improvement to youth serving organizations in the Brooklyns!
The AQN is an open group - anyone interested in improving the level of quality of their youth program is welcome to join.
Contact Ivan Lui for more information on meeting schedules and how to become a part of the Afterschool Quality Network.
