Members of the Strategy Team assist Alliance staff in the creation and implementation of the strategic plan, assist in the overall coordination of the task force teams, provide advice on strategies and stakeholders, and identify opportunities, barriers, monitor progress and assist in adaptation.
The Strategy Team is currently working
to raise funds that will expand Rec on the Go!
programming in the Brooklyns!
The Strategy team is a closed group of professionals from members of the Joint Powers Agreement.
